Ramayana Day 4 Advance Booking: Ranbir Kapoor–Yash starrer sells 8.11 lakh tickets for Sunday; advance sales hit Rs. 24.98 cr. across all languages
Ramayana – Part I, starring Ranbir Kapoor and Yash, is witnessing encouraging advance bookings for its fourth day, Sunday, November 8. The much-awaited mythological epic has registered advance ticket sales worth Rs. 24.98 crores across all language versions, as of 2:30 PM on Saturday, November 7. A total of 8,11,821 tickets have already been sold across 20,397 shows, indicating considerable audience interest ahead of the crucial final day of its extended opening weekend.

The advance booking figures are particularly significant as Ramayana looks to build on the momentum generated over the weekend. After opening at Rs. 62.47 crores nett on Thursday and collecting Rs. 45.84 crores nett on Friday, the film has witnessed an improvement in its Saturday trends. The advance sales for Sunday suggest that the film continues to attract audiences despite the initial fluctuations in its daily collections.
One of the most interesting aspects of Sunday’s advance booking is the strong representation of southern markets. Bengaluru, Mumbai and Hyderabad have emerged as the three leading cities in terms of advance booking collections. At the state level, Karnataka occupies the top position, followed by Maharashtra and Telangana. The dominance of Karnataka is particularly noteworthy given Yash’s massive popularity in the state. Bengaluru’s position among the top three cities further highlights the strong anticipation for the film in the Kannada market. Hyderabad’s presence also underlines the importance of the Telugu-speaking market, while Mumbai continues to be a major contributor to the film’s theatrical business.
Interestingly, two of the three leading cities and states belong to South India. This indicates that the southern markets remain crucial to Ramayana‘s advance-booking performance, even as the Hindi version has accounted for the majority of the film’s nationwide box office collections so far.
For now, the Rs. 24.98 crore advance booking figure suggests that Ramayana is entering Sunday with a strong ticket-sales base. All eyes are now on whether the Ranbir Kapoor–Yash epic can translate its advance-booking momentum into a massive fourth-day collection.
