Raashii Khanna shares Goofy BTS clicks with Akshay Kumar and Vidya Balan as Mauja Hi Mauja shoot gets wrapped
Raashii Khanna has completed shooting for Mauja Hi Mauja, which stars Akshay Kumar and Vidya Balan alongside her and is directed by Anees Bazmee. Marking the wrap, the actor took to social media to share behind-the-scenes pictures from the sets, offering glimpses of the fun moments she shared with her co-stars and the filmmaker during the shoot. The film marks her first on-screen collaboration with Akshay Kumar and Vidya Balan.
Reflecting on her experience, Raashii spoke about how the time spent on the sets went beyond filming, with several off-camera moments making the journey memorable. Sharing her thoughts, she wrote, “Every film has a story on screen, but sometimes the real fun happens when the cameras aren’t rolling! #maujahimauja was one of those shoots that felt more like a vacation than work.”
The actor also recalled the games and laughter that became part of the filming experience. From Ludo and carrom matches to dumb charades and other fun moments, the sets offered plenty of opportunities for the cast to bond outside their scenes. Recalling these memories, she added, “From the unstoppable laughter to the Ludo games, dumb charades, carrom matches and all the madness in between, there was never a dull moment. And clearly, not every memory is meant to be a dignified one!”
