The technology distributor aims to accelerate small and medium-sized business growth, drive adoption of its Xvantage platform and strengthen partner experience under Haque’s leadership

Ingram Micro India has appointed Farhana Haque as Country Lead and Executive Director, Platform Business, effective 21 October 2026. Based in Mumbai, Haque will report to Flavio Moraes Junior, Vice President and Chief Country Executive, Ingram Micro India, and join the company’s India Executive Leadership Team.

In her new role, Haque will lead the company’s Platform Business, focusing on accelerating growth in the small and medium-sized business (SMB) segment through its platform ecosystem. She will also oversee platform operations and customer success, with an emphasis on simplifying and digitising the partner journey.

The appointment comes as Ingram Micro strengthens its transition towards a platform-led, digitally connected and customer-centric business model. Through greater automation, integration and access to technology solutions and services, the company aims to help partners navigate an increasingly complex technology landscape.

Commenting on the appointment, Flavio Moraes Junior said the company’s ambition is to make it easier for partners to discover, purchase and manage technology solutions through a connected digital ecosystem. He highlighted Haque’s experience in enterprise transformation, cloud, artificial intelligence (AI) and strategic partnerships as an asset in strengthening the platform business and accelerating SMB growth.

Haque said she would focus on aligning the company’s cloud, AI and platform capabilities with operational execution to simplify the partner journey and accelerate adoption of Xvantage. She also identified expanding the company’s presence across key market segments, deepening partner relationships and building a high-performing business as priorities.

Haque brings leadership experience across technology and telecommunications companies. Most recently, she served as Senior Director at Microsoft, where she led enterprise transformation, AI strategy and commercial expansion across strategic services, cloud solutions and modern work.

Before Microsoft, she led Vodafone’s Internet of Things business, overseeing strategic partnerships and scaling operations across India and the Asia-Pacific region. At IBM, she served as General Manager for the Distribution Sector, leading initiatives in business analytics, optimisation and organisational change. She began her career at Infosys, working across SAP projects, alliances, proposals and marketing.

Haque holds an MBA in Marketing from the SP Jain Institute of Management & Research and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Rourkela.

The appointment reinforces Ingram Micro India’s focus on platform-led growth and partner experience. Its Xvantage platform integrates hardware and cloud subscriptions with features including personalised recommendations, instant pricing, order tracking and billing automation. The company also offers technology services spanning financing, marketing, lifecycle management and technical support.
