EPEX unveils “Picasso” ahead of final youth trilogy album, Youth Chapter 3: Romantic Youth
K-pop boy group EPEX has officially entered the final stretch of their Youth trilogy. Just days ahead of the release of their third full-length album, Youth Chapter 3: ROMANTIC YOUTH, the group has dropped a pre-release single titled “Picasso,” along with a visually striking music video.
Blending synth and hip-hop elements, “Picasso” takes inspiration from the revolutionary artistry of Pablo Picasso, echoing his spirit of defying norms and embracing creativity—especially in moments of darkness. Through the track, EPEX expresses their desire to continually reinvent themselves and create meaning in every experience.
The upcoming album, set for release on July 28 at 6:00 PM KST, marks the final chapter in the group’s Youth album series. The trilogy began with Youth Chapter 1: YOUTH DAYS in April 2024 and was followed by Youth Chapter 2: YOUTH DEFICIENCY in November 2024—both of which achieved remarkable commercial success, surpassing 200,000 copies sold in their respective first weeks.
