Sensex Today | Azad Engineering signs Long-Term Contract & Price Agreement with Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Japan
The company has signed a new Long-Term Contract & Price Agreement (LTCPA) with Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Japan, valued at Rs 651 crore, for the supply of highly engineered and complex rotating and stationary airfoils for advanced gas and thermal power turbine engines to meet their global demand in the power generation industry.
Azad Engineering was quoting at Rs 1,612.50, up Rs 55.55, or 3.57 percent.
It has touched an intraday high of Rs 1,624.45 and an intraday low of Rs 1,577.45.
It was trading with volumes of 12,510 shares, compared to its five day average of 13,088 shares, a decrease of -4.41 percent.
In the previous trading session, the share closed down 4.13 percent or Rs 67.00 at Rs 1,556.95.
The share touched a 52-week high of Rs 1,928.00 and a 52-week low of Rs 1,128.40 on 03 January, 2025 and 07 April, 2025, respectively.
Currently, the stock is trading 16.36 percent below its 52-week high and 42.9 percent above its 52-week low.
Market capitalisation stands at Rs 10,413.81 crore.
