Shakira and Ed Sheeran lend voices to Zootopia 2 song ‘Zoo’, trailer out now!
Walt Disney Animation Studios has released the third official trailer and brand-new poster for its animated film Zootopia 2, set to release in theatres across India on 28th November in English, Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.
The new trailer gives a closer look at Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde’s next adventure, while also featuring a preview of the original song ‘Zoo,’ performed by Shakira, who returns as Gazelle, along with Ed Sheeran. The collaboration adds to the film’s music highlights and reflects the lively spirit of Zootopia.
In Zootopia 2, rookie officers Judy Hopps (voiced by Ginnifer Goodwin) and Nick Wilde (voiced by Jason Bateman) are assigned by Chief Bogo (Idris Elba) to the ‘Partners in Crisis’ counseling program. Their teamwork is put to the test when they become involved in a mystery surrounding the arrival of a venomous snake in the city.
The sequel brings in new characters such as Gary De’Snake (voiced by Ke Huy Quan), Nibbles (voiced by Fortune Feimster), and quokka therapist Dr. Fuzzby (voiced by Quinta Brunson), along with the return of familiar characters from the Academy Award®-winning original.
Directed by Jared Bush and Byron Howard, and produced by Yvett Merino, Zootopia 2 is Walt Disney Animation Studios’ 64th animated feature.
