Ity Pandey takes charge as PCCM of South Central Railway

An officer of the 1995 batch of the Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS), Ity Pandey, has assumed charge as the principal chief commercial manager (PCCM) of South Central Railway (SCR) in Hyderabad on Saturday (August 2, 2025). A gold medalist in psychology from the University of Allahabad, she had served as divisional railway manager, Bhusawal (Central Railways) where she had introduced ‘Rudra’, a ‘hospital on wheels’ initiative to provide accessible healthcare to railway workers and their families in remote areas. She had previously held various significant posts in Central and Western Railways, said a press release.
