Counselling for admission into Kurnool Sliver Jubilee College begins

The SILVERCET-2025 counselling for admissions into Cluster University Silver Jubilee Government Degree College, Kurnool, for the academic year 2025-26 commenced on Wednesday.

Cluster University registrar Katta Venkateswarlu and principal G. Srinivas started the counselling at the university. On the occasion, Venkateswarlu said that Silver Jubilee College is a brand of its own and the passed out students have secured good jobs.

Mr. Srinivas said that the students who get admission in the college should excel in academics. The registrar and principal handed over the seat allotment papers to Jahnavi, who secured second rank in the SILVERCET. On the first day, 120 students appeared for the counselling. Officials said that the counselling will be held on 3:1 ratio basis for every seat.

On Wednesday, 22 of the total 22 seats in the B.A. (History), and 22 of the total 22 seats in B.A. (Economics) were filled through counselling. Counselling to fill seats in B.Sc groups would be held on Thursday. Officials said that students should attend for counselling on the dates scheduled for them.
