Rajinikanth starrer Jailer 2 to premiere on Prime Video on November 12
Rajinikanth’s Jailer 2 is set for its global streaming premiere on Prime Video on November 12. Directed by Nelson Dilipkumar and produced by Kalanithi Maran under the banner of Sun Pictures, the action crime drama brings Rajinikanth back as the retired jailer Tiger Muthuvel Pandian in the sequel to the first instalment of the franchise.
The film features special appearances by Mohanlal, Hrithik Roshan and Vijay Sethupathi. The ensemble cast also includes SJ Suryah, Shivarajkumar, Suraj Venjaramoodu, Mithun Chakraborty, Vidya Balan, Ramya Krishnan, Namo Narayana and Yogi Babu. Anirudh Ravichander has composed the film’s music.
Following its successful theatrical run at the Indian and international box offices, Jailer 2 is now heading to streaming audiences worldwide. The sequel takes forward the story of Muthuvel Pandian, who is forced to come out of retirement when a powerful criminal syndicate with political and international connections threatens his family and everything he holds close.

Jailer 2 will begin streaming exclusively on Prime Video from November 12. The film will be available in India and more than 240 countries and territories worldwide. Viewers will be able to watch it in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam and Kannada.
