Hrithik Roshan has penned a heartfelt belated birthday wish for his ex-wife Sussanne Khan, sharing throwback pictures and a note celebrating her journey, her work and her role as a mother to their sons, Hrehaan and Hridhaan. Sussanne responded warmly to the post, also acknowledging Hrithik’s girlfriend Saba Azad and her partner Arslan Goni.

Taking to social media, Hrithik admitted that his birthday wish came late but said it was still written “from the bottom of my heart”. He wished Sussanne love, happiness and warmth in the year ahead, praising her for the support and positivity she brings to those around her. “My wish for you is that this year brings you all the love, warmth, joy and magic that you so beautifully and freely give to the people around you,” he wrote.
The actor also reflected on Sussanne’s personal journey, expressing pride in the challenges she has faced and the person she has become. “I am so proud of the life you have lived, the challenges you have faced, and the person you have grown into. Truly, Mom’s spirit lives on in you,” he added.

Hrithik also acknowledged Sussanne’s role in raising their sons, affectionately referring to them as Ray and Ridz in his message. “You are the best mama to Ray and Ridz, and I am so thankful that they have such a positive source of light in their mother. One that never tires of seeing the brighter side of life!” he wrote.
He went on to praise Sussanne’s work and entrepreneurial ambitions, invoking a family saying to describe her approach to life. “You are amazing, like Dad says, ‘Amazing is what amazing does!’ You do amazing things,” he wrote. Hrithik also wished her success with The Charcoal Project, her interior design venture, expressing hope that it would expand to cities around the world. He ended the message with a note of continued support, writing, “I am and will always be here cheering for you.”

Sussanne Khan responds, mentions Hrithik Roshan, Saba Azad and Arslan Goni
Responding to Hrithik’s post, Sussanne thanked him and spoke about their shared role as parents. Her message also included a warm reference to their current relationships. “Thank you so much Rye! To great parentship to our Ray n Ridz! And the happiest times and brightest smiles forward for all of us… you, Saba, n me n Arslan,” she commented, adding heart and smiling emojis.
Hrithik and Sussanne married in 2000 and divorced in 2014. They have continued to maintain a cordial relationship and remain actively involved in the lives of their sons, Hrehaan and Hridhaan. They have also been seen together at family gatherings over the years.
