The Hindu scribe receives award for best reporter

Aabha Raveendran, Principal Correspondent, The Hindu, Kozhikode, received the award for the best reporter at the Beypore International Water Fest, held in December 2024, from Tourism Minister P.A. Mohamed Riyas, in Kozhikode on Sunday (September 7, 2025).
The Hindu also received special mention for comprehensive coverage, while K. Ragesh received special mention for best photography at the water fest. The awards were presented during the valedictory ceremony of ‘Mavelicuz ‘25’, the Onam celebrations organised by the Tourism department, in Kozhikode on Sunday.
