Netflix and Applause Entertainment reunite for The Game: You Never Play Alone premiering on October 2

Premiering on October 2, The Game: You Never Play Alone, Netflix India’s first Tamil series of 2025, is a character-focused thriller that reflects on the price of living in an always-connected world. As secrets surface and trust is tested, the story shifts from a mystery to a thoughtful look at identity and power.
After the release of Black Warrant earlier this year, The Game: You Never Play Alone extends the collaboration between Netflix and Applause Entertainment, focused on creating stories that are both rooted and relatable. Directed by Rajesh M. Selva, the series features Shraddha Srinath in the lead role, with Santhosh Prathap, Chandini, Syama Harini, Bala Hasan, Subash Selvam, Viviya Santh, Dheeraj, and Hema in supporting roles. With its mix of strong storytelling and relevant themes, the series adds to Netflix’s expanding slate of Tamil originals.
